When you set off to pick the venue, you should have a clear idea of budget (how much you want to spend on the venue), guests (how many you will invite to the party), type (are you planning a seated dinner or a cocktail party?) and style (what feeling you are going for – romantic, elegant, unconventional?). Greece is a beautiful country and there are so many alternatives – from fancy hotels to sandy beaches and from olive groves to medieval castles. Avoid these traps by requesting an offer that explicitly states what the price includes.
Get into this process with open mind and early on. You may think that getting married on Saturday goes without saying.
