The first European Wedding Conference was successfully organised in Greece. Worldwide acknowledged wedding planners from Europe enjoyed the formidably planned five days in Athens Riviera and Santorini. They had the opportunity to personally experience the natural beauty of Greece and explore the potential it has to host events of big caliber. Arion Travel and Wed in Greece had carefully selected the best representatives from every sector and created a great ambiance during the conference. The highlight was the spectacular Gala Dinner that has showcased that the local suppliers of the wedding industry are quite capable to deliver an internationally commissioned event of very high standards. The Grecotel Group, Zazoo Event Rentals, VIPARTIES Sound & Events Coordination, Aria Fine Catering, Nanos Fireworks & Special Effects, Vouliagmeni Lake, Grand Resort and a few selected professionals from Santorini participated in the Conference, that received press coverage in distinguished European media further reinforcing Greece’s fame for destination weddings.
